- Consumable items must not have been used or installed.
- The product must retain all original serial or UPC numbers; tampered or missing numbers will void eligibility.
- Damage or defects must be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging (if any), and all items originally included.
- Items labeled with a “No Returns” policy are not eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Consumable items that have been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Items explicitly marked as No Returns.

6. Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returned items may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
